Due to changes in the personal data protection system resulting from the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ. EU L 119/1 of 4 May 2016 [GDPR], we hereby inform you that:

  2. The legal basis and the planned period of your personal data processing are:
  • Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – in case of taking actions at your request before the conclusion of the contract, as well as in connection with the performance of the contract – until its completion,
  • Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – in connection with the obligation to store tax and accounting documentation, as well as other obligations incumbent on the Controller of personal data by law – until the statute of limitation of the tax liability and the other obligations incumbent on the Controller of personal data by law,
  • Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation – in connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interest of the Controller of personal data related to the storage of personal data in connection with the possibility of pursuing claims by each of the parties – pending substantiated objections.
  1. Your personal data may be shared with the following entities:
  • authorized employees or associates of the STUDIO761 company
  • banks
  • supporters of the Controller of personal data:
    • subcontractors – to the extent of servicing the sales and production process
    • accounting offices – in order to carry out transactions
    • law firm – in connection with possible resolution of disputes
    • IT services – to provide electronic communication with you and to archive information,
    • transport service providers
  1. At any time, you are entitled to access personal data relating to the data subject, to rectify, delete or limit the processing or to object to the processing, as well as to transfer the data. You can exercise these rights at the office of the Controller of personal data, by letter, by means of electronic communication, or by phone.
  2. You have the right to justified objection to processing of your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  3. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but their absence prevents us from performing the contract concluded with you or taking action before its conclusion.
  4. Your personal data is not subject to the process of automated decision making, including profiling.
  5. If you believe that processing of your personal data by the Controller of personal data is in violation of the law, you are entitled to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. The complaint is free of fees.
